Your team calls each other from a browser or the Windows app. It shows your company's name and colours. When customers need to reach you, we'll set up an ordinary South African phone number as well.

How it works
Everyone's in the directory
When someone in your company signs in, they show up in everyone's list, with whether they're online or on do not disturb, in words. Calls between colleagues don't cost anything.
Move a call to another device
Sign in on your laptop and another device. In the middle of a call, open the app on the other one and press Take call here. The other person doesn't notice a thing.
It looks like your company's app
Your team signs in at your own address and sees your logo and colour. If the colour you pick would make text hard to read, the app adjusts it for you.
And a real phone number, if you want one
We can give your company a South African number that customers dial like any other, and you can call out to landlines and cellphones. Incoming calls are free; outgoing calls come off a prepaid balance the whole company shares. What it costs
Things people ask us
- Are calls recorded?
- Only if your company switches recording on. It's sound only, and we delete it after 90 days.
- Where's our data?
- Accounts, your company's directory and call history are on servers in Johannesburg, and calls run through Johannesburg too. If your company records calls, the recordings are stored with Cloudflare in the EU. Our notification emails are sent through a provider in Ireland.
- Does it work on mobile?
- Android and iOS apps are coming soon.
- Can we do video?
- Yes. It's an add-on, and it works with several people at once. We never record video.
- I've forgotten my password.
- Your company's admin can send you a reset link. If you're the admin, email us.
